Assist Filing Indian brand Trademark

I am ready to file a brand trademark application for my product-based brand in India and need someone who can guide me through the essentials and submit the paperwork for me. The scope is intentionally lean—just what is required to get the application accepted and a filing receipt in hand.

What I expect from you
• Brief call or chat to confirm the exact word, logo, or combined mark I should file under
• Quick search on the Indian Trademark Registry for obvious conflicts
• Advice on the correct class or classes for a product-based brand
• Preparation of Form TM-A and any supporting documents
• Online filing through the IP India portal using my credentials (or yours, if you are an authorised attorney/agent)
• Acknowledgement/filing receipt and reference number delivered to me the same day of filing

What’s outside the current scope
– Responding to examination reports or oppositions
– Multi-class strategy beyond the primary class decided in our chat
– International filings (right now I only need India)
