I need a planning consultant

Apply for permitted development rights for our barn conversion within Warwickshire. This is a three bedroom property that is our home. We would like to change windows, doors and add a garden room. Would also consider an extension to the rear of our property. Permitted development rights was removed when the property was converted some 20 years ago (could be longer). We need PD rights back so we can improve our home.
