Traffic report for Child care development in Sydney NSW

I am looking for a freelancer to create a traffic report for a child care development project in Sydney, NSW. The report should include the following information:
For my project in Asquith Sydney Australia I am looking for a Traffic , parking report and Construction Traffic Management plan to be used for the building a 60 kids Child care and 250 sqm of office space.
Site address: 46 LORDS AVE ASQUITH NSW 2077 LOT 6 IN DEPOSITED PLAN 21699The site is a small 700 sqm lot with a 3 bedroom house on ite. We are planning to have a knockdown rebuild of multistory building 5 levels. lower level s will be a child care centre. The architecture plans and Survey is currently being done once it is done the parking layout will be shared.Could you please advise if you can help in preparing the Traffic , parking report and Construction Traffic Management plan for the development application (DA).

The purpose of this report is to assess the impact of a proposed development . Skills and experience required for this project include understanding of Hornsby Council Development control plans and Traffic management in Sydney Australia. The definition of done for this report is to satisfy Hornsby council engineering department which means we will hold the final payment of 50% till the council accepts the submitted report. In the event Council have any queries thay needs to be addressed 100% before the final payment can be released.The Architectural plans are being finalised and will be shared. The parking assessment should include the Swept path analysis.
- Traffic volume and congestion and Parking: The report should provide data and analysis on the current traffic volume and congestion in the area surrounding the child care development site.
- Specific roads and locations: The report should include specific roads and locations that are relevant to the child care development project. The client has indicated that there are specific roads or locations that need to be included in the report.
- Parking availability: The report should also provide information on the availability of parking in the area, including any parking restrictions or limitations.
- Public transportation options: The report should include information on the public transportation options available near the child care development site, including bus and train routes, schedules, and accessibility.
