SEE & Clause 4.6 Compliance
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a qualified town-planner to bring my Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 variation request up to standard for a new commercial build. The objective is regulatory compliance, so your work must satisfy state-level policy, our local council’s DCP/LEP, and any relevant sections of the National Construction Code.
You’ll be working with the latest architectural drawings and the previous planning assessments already on file. Your task is to critique what exists, flag any gaps, and then deliver a submission-ready revision that I can lodge without further rewriting.
Deliverables
• Updated, fully referenced SEE
• Revised Clause 4.6 justification report demonstrating why the variation is consistent with the zone objectives and public interest
