I need help with the documentation and submissions for a commercial development application in Canberra. This includes:
- Site plans and drawings
- Environmental impact statements
- Planning reports
The ideal freelancer will have extensive experience in preparing these documents for commercial development applications, as well as a deep understanding of the Canberra development process.
The scope of works is adding roller shutters to an existing shop. I already have working drawings which may need minor modifications. I have previously lodged the application and have received
