Urn for my Dad

I want to create a unique urn for my dad's ashes. I am looking for someone in NC, preferably near Winston-Salem who would be able to come and choose wood from our house to create the urn and then be able to wood burn or etch a design in the box itself. I am working on the design and will upload when I have it, but it will consist of a tractor and a dog at least.
