Need work done on a case to hold a dog tranmitter

I had another person helping me with a project to design a case for a dog transmitter - and the project is 70% complete. Although due to timezone differences it wasn't working out very well. I need the screw holes to be larger, I need the holes on bottom to be twice the size, and some additional spikes added. This should not take longer than an hour.
