Daily Capacity & Scheduling Planner for BPO

I'm looking for a comprehensive capacity and scheduling planner for our mid-sized BPO operations, utilizing Erlang C in Excel. This tool should be designed to meet the needs of our Work Force Management Team, with key features including:
- Capacity forecasting: Predicting the necessary resources to meet service level targets based on historical data and trends.
- Shift scheduling: Creating optimal shift patterns for staff to meet forecasted demand, taking into account employee availability and preferences where possible.
- Employee performance tracking: Monitoring individual and team performance to inform future planning and identify areas for improvement.
