Excel Time Series Correlation Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a set of time-series datasets already organised in an Excel workbook and I need a clean, formula-driven correlation and covariance analysis. Please work directly in the workbook, using built-in Excel functions (e.g., CORREL, COVARIANCE.P, COVARIANCE.S) or the Data Analysis ToolPak—whichever yields the most transparent, reusable calculations.
Deliverables
• One updated Excel file containing:
– A dedicated sheet where the correlation matrix and the covariance matrix are clearly laid out and automatically reference the raw data.
– Brief, in-cell notes or a short text box that explains any assumptions, data transformations, or exclusions you make so I can trace the logic later.
No visualisations are required at this stage; I only need the statistical output and a concise interpretation of what the numbers imply about relationships among the series. If you spot any data quality issues while running the stats, flag them so we can resolve them before final delivery.
