The Gig - Event Planner Manager
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from creative design to complete execution in Miami area. The main responsibilities include an amazing customer service and organizing skills; coordinating multiple teams and ensure the highest event experience is provided to our customers.
The role
Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery targets and multitasking all related activities.
Propose creative ideas to improve customer’s proposals.
Lead and coordinate onsite pre-production activities including vendor and provider schedule.
Detail oriented to ensure highest quality is delivered for decor, catering, entertainment, VIP areas or any other special requirements.
Ensure schedule and event rundown and all actives goes as planned / scheduled.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations
About you
Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer
Organization kills - Highly efficient in project management.
Multitasking - Able to manage different activities
Experience in vendor management - Coordination of multiple vendors as part of pre-production & event set up.
Excellent time management and communication skills
Obsessed about customer experience and outstanding servicing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
MS Office proficiency
Energetic , vibrant
