Sort term Rental Property Manager Needed

I require an experienced professional to take on the responsibility of managing a short-term rental property.

The following responsibilities are expected:

- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Addressing guest issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conducting property inspections to ensure units are clean and well-maintained
- Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring property performance and implementing strategies to optimize revenue

Job Requirement

No previous experience is required
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of local regulations and short-term rental industry trends.
Proficiency with property management software is a plus.

Candidates should live in Europe, North America (US or Canada) or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay or Mexico).
