Residential Property Photo Shoot Baltimore
Budget: $50 – $150 USD
I have a number of residential homes in Baltimore City and the surrounding county that require clear, traditionally styled photographs. Each address needs a full set of images covering both interior rooms and the exterior façade, front and back.
You will visit every location, capture well-lit, distortion-free shots that accurately show room size, layout, finishes, curb appeal, and any outdoor features. A typical session should yield enough coverage for listings and marketing—think multiple angles of living areas, kitchens, baths, bedrooms, plus exterior elevation, yard, and any garages or decks.
After editing for color balance and straight lines (no heavy filters; I want a classic look), export the files as high-resolution JPEGs and email or transfer them to me the same day. Please label each file with the property address so I can file them quickly.
Deliverables (per property):
• 20–30 high-resolution JPEGs covering all key interior rooms
• 6–8 exterior shots, daylit and properly exposed
• Basic post-production: crop, straighten, correct color/brightness
