Remote Villas Management Assistant
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I run a growing portfolio of short-term rental villas and I need a sharp pair of remote hands to keep our back-of-house workflows calm, clear, and predictable. Most of our day-to-day coordination happens over the phone, in quick messaging app threads, and through the occasional social-media DM, so you should feel comfortable jumping between those channels without missing a beat.
Your first mission is task organization. When a guest calls in a maintenance issue, a cleaner flags a schedule change, or a vendor sends an invoice, you will capture the information, log it in our tracker, assign the right follow-up, and circle back until it is closed. Alongside the daily juggling, I welcome ideas that streamline or automate repetitive steps; if you spot a way to shave minutes off a process, speak up and we will test it.
Deliverables I rely on:
• A live, up-to-date task board covering every villa.
• Clear, time-stamped notes on each action taken, visible to the rest of the team.
• Weekly recap highlighting bottlenecks, wins, and any proposed improvements.
Familiarity with remote assistance tools, hospitality operations, or property management software is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter more. If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving environments and have the discipline to work independently across time zones, let’s talk.
