Remote Project Manager for Signage Tasks
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
TFA Signs is looking for a reliable and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and architectural signage projects from intake through final installation. This is a full-time remote position for someone with deep knowledge of the signage industry and strong project coordination skills.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
(Full-time, 40 hours/week)
Starting Salary:
$1,100/month
(3-month trial period included)
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple signage projects from start to finish
Coordinate design, permitting, fabrication, and installation teams
Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and city departments
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall performance
Proactively resolve delays, permitting issues, or fabrication challenges
Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or Trello) to stay organized
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the signage industry (commercial/architectural signage)
Strong understanding of sign types: channel letters, pylon, monument, and wall signs
Familiar with municipal permitting, site surveys, and installation logistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Proficient in project management software (Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
