Remote Executive Email Assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a sharp, detail-oriented executive assistant who can take full ownership of my inbox and all outgoing newsletter and marketing emails. Your main focus will be to keep communication flowing smoothly: filter messages, draft concise replies when needed, flag anything that needs my personal touch, and ensure every campaign-style email goes out on time and free of errors.
Although your core responsibility is email, I sometimes need quick changes to meetings, so you’ll pop those into Google Calendar and send confirmations. Excellent written English, an eye for tone, and the ability to work independently across time zones are essential. If you already know basic newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), let me know—otherwise I’m happy to guide you.
Deliverables I expect:
• Daily triage of my inbox with a short end-of-day summary
• Drafted or scheduled newsletter/marketing emails ready for my sign-off
• Any calendar updates reflected accurately in Google Calendar
If this sounds like a fit, tell me about a time you improved someone else’s email workflow and the tools you used.
