Order Confirmation Call Agent Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am seeking a dedicated freelancer to handle order confirmation calls for my business. Your primary responsibility will be contacting customers to verify order details, which include their address and the items they have ordered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm order details (address, items).
- Update the status of confirmed, canceled, or unresponsive orders.
- Keep basic records of customer responses.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in both Hindi and English
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Must have access to a mobile phone and the internet
Working Hours: This is a flexible, part-time position. You will be expected to contact 1-10 customers on a daily basis.
Budget: The fixed rate for this position is ₹250 per week, with potential bonuses based on performance.
