Maintenance Technician

Looking to hire 2 maintenance techs in the Sacramento area, preferably HVAC certified but if not then able and willing to learn, has car, can paint, and do turn arounds/work orders. Will be on call once a month at a 565 unit complex. Looking to fill Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday 8hrs a day 40 hrs a week plus OT depending on workload. Seeking to fill position fast.
