We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable LinkedIn Job Bidder to assist with submitting job applications on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying to relevant positions, tailoring resumes to match job descriptions, and increasing interview opportunities. This is a long-term collaboration for a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Apply to up to 100 jobs per day through LinkedIn and other job platforms.
Customize resumes and cover letters to align with job descriptions.
Use provided LinkedIn account credentials responsibly and professionally.
Identify and target roles that match predefined criteria.
Track and manage all job applications in a structured spreadsheet.
Monitor messages from recruiters and respond promptly when required.
Ensure applications are accurate, relevant, and submitted on time.
Optimize applications using ATS-friendly keywords.
Requirements
Proven experience with job applications on LinkedIn or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Ability to tailor resumes quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with LinkedIn job search features and filters.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a virtual assistant, recruiter, or job application specialist.

Compensation
Base Pay: $8 per day.
Performance Bonus: $2 for each recruiter call or interview secured.
