Job applications

I am looking for assistance with creating job applications for two industries: real estate and finance. I am looking for both cover letters and resumes ( sometimes only cv is needed ) and need project support to complete it as soon as possible so I am looking to build a team to complete this. I have a list of 10000+ potential targets for finance alone ( note some employers in this list are not relevant). I'd like to find someone who can essentially look on the list and see if on the employer website they are hiring for any graduate roles or internships send applications that will stand out and land me an interview. I have a process in place but I welcome any ideas and it’s worth noting I will have a monitoring system in place. I am looking for a freelancer who has the availability to finish the project sooner rather than later.
