Job Interviewer Needed for Mid-Level Candidates
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm in need of a freelancer based in the USA who can assist with conducting a series of virtual job interviews via Zoom.
You will need to be available during regular business hours US EST.
The project will involve:
- Contacting and scheduling the list of pre-screened applicants that we will provide to you.
-Conducting a “1st phase” 10-15 min interview per candidate virtually through zoom.
- Interviewing candidates with mid-level experience.
Your role will be to set up and manage these interviews. Your ability to maintain a professional and engaging demeanor throughout is key, as is your ability to efficiently manage the logistics of these interviews. This will involve scheduling, conducting the interviews, and providing me with your feedback and recommendations.
Ideal candidates for this position should have a good understanding of the job market, particularly within the USA, and should have experience in conducting job interviews, particularly with mid-level candidates. Strong communication skills and high levels of professionalism are crucial.
