Inbox & Calendar Virtual Assistant
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
My workday has outgrown my inbox and calendar, so I’m ready to bring on a proactive virtual assistant who can keep both running smoothly with minimal direction.
Email management will be your first priority. I need you to log in daily, triage messages into clear folders, draft polished replies that match my tone, and handle straightforward responses yourself so the truly important notes surface for my review. By the end of every business day the goal is “inbox-zero” and a short summary of anything that still needs my personal touch.
Equally important is scheduling. You’ll take charge of personal appointments, coordinate external business meetings, and keep my internal team schedules aligned. That means proposing times, sending calendar invites, shuffling bookings when conflicts pop up, and adding any relevant notes or Zoom links before I ever have to ask.
Typical tools in play are Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Calendly; if you’re comfortable with other mainstream platforms, great—flexibility is a bonus.
Deliverables I will use to gauge success:
• Daily inbox cleared to zero with a concise end-of-day recap
• All calendars up to date, colour-coded, and free of overlaps by close of business
• Drafted or sent email replies that follow my provided style guide
If you already have tried-and-tested workflows for managing executive correspondence and complex calendars, I’d love to hear how you’d apply them here.
