You’ll be assigned to client-facing roles, but you won’t do any technical work.
Your job is to keep systems connected, documents updated, and communication smooth while our developer team handles all technical tasks.

What You’ll Do
- Keep assigned laptops powered on and connected for remote access
- Upload onboarding or compliance documents
- Respond to short client messages or updates
- Allow our team to update job platform profile for client placements
- Send short weekly “system online” confirmations

What You Need
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using job platforms
- Able to follow simple written instructions
- Responsible with company-provided equipment

What You Earn
- $500–$1,000 per active placement per month
- Supporting multiple placements can earn you $2,500–$10,000+ monthly
- Simple, flexible, and easy to maintain once you’re set up

2. Remote Communication Specialist (Fluent English Mandatory)
Perfect if you have a fluent english level and enjoy speaking confidently and clearly.

You’ll represent our developers during client meetings, following structured scripts and profiles prepared by our team. No live coding or improvisation required — just strong, professional communication.

What You’ll Do
- Join and lead client interviews via Zoom or Google Meet
- Follow provided scripts and technical talking points
- Communicate clearly and build trust with clients
- Coordinate with our internal team before and after interviews
- Optionally attend client meetings after successful placements

What You Need
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in software or web development (Not mandatory)
- Professional and confident presence on video calls
- Available during North American or European time zones

What You Earn
- 40% share for full roles you take on (e.g., $5,000 role → $2,000)
- 10–15% share for interview-only roles (e.g., $5,000 role → $500–$750)
- You choose how involved you want to be — more interviews, more income.
