I need every row from a single Excel sheet copied into Google Forms with absolute accuracy—missed fields, or formatting slips. Sheet contains mixed data (text and numbers) spread across roughly 5–10 fields in the form, and on average a form takes about three minutes to complete.
Your job is straightforward:
• Open the Excel sheet I supply.
• Copy each value into its matching field on the Google Form.
• Submit and repeat until every row is entered.
Quality is critical: Quality check will be done between the sheet and submitted responses. No discrepancy allowed since no resubmission option is available, mistakes are not allowed. The entire batch must be finished and error-free by 7 November.
