Executive Secretary & Travel Coordinator

Job ID: 39826911

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I need a sharp, dependable executive-level secretary who can guard my inbox, keep my calendar watertight, and arrange frequent domestic and international travel without drama. On any given day you will be triaging email, flagging priority messages, drafting quick replies when appropriate, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. My schedule often changes at short notice, so you’ll reschedule meetings, track time-zones, and push calendar updates to everyone involved before they even ask.

Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs) are the tools you’ll live in; please be comfortable jumping between them and using their advanced features. Travel planning is constant—flight options, visa requirements, hotel preferences, ground transport, and occasional last-minute reroutes all land on your desk. I rely on accurate cost comparisons and firm confirmations so that every trip runs smoothly and stays on budget.

Typical daily deliverables:
• A concise morning brief summarising overnight email activity, flagged priorities, and proposed replies.
• An up-to-date calendar with new bookings, reschedules, and reminders clearly annotated.
• Confirmed travel itineraries with tickets, accommodation details, and contact numbers stored in both Outlook and Google Calendar events.

Discretion, fast turnaround, and proactive communication are essential. If this matches your skill set, let’s get started.
