European Email Management Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My inbox has outgrown the hours in my day, so I’m looking for a reliable assistant based in Europe who can step in and keep my email communication running smoothly. You’ll be diving into both professional and personal correspondence, triaging messages, drafting thoughtful replies that match my tone, and ensuring that nothing time-sensitive slips by.
The job revolves around three core responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming mail quickly and accurately, whether it’s a formal business inquiry or a casual personal note.
• Organising the inbox into clear, searchable folders and labels so I can find information instantly.
• Drafting new emails from notes or bullet points I provide, polishing them so they are client-ready before I hit send.
I work primarily with Gmail and occasionally Outlook, so confidence with their advanced features—labels, filters, canned responses, and scheduling—is important. Strong written English, attention to detail, and an understanding of European business hours are must-haves.
Success for me means: every important message answered within 24 hours, an uncluttered inbox at the end of each week, and outgoing emails that sound like my own voice. If that’s in your wheelhouse, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first week on the job and which tools or methods you rely on to stay organised.
