Every day I receive a batch of Ocean Master and House Bills of Lading that must be processed quickly and accurately. I will forward the PDF scans as they arrive; your task is to open each file, capture the consignee details, cargo information, and shipment dates, then key those fields directly into my web portal.
The portal is straightforward—no bulk CSV or API tools are enabled—so the work is entirely manual data entry. I will give you a login and a short screencast that shows the input flow and the validation prompts you can expect.
What matters most is consistency: matching the document wording exactly, keeping time stamps intact, and double-checking before you hit “save” because the data feeds our downstream customs filings. Turnaround is daily; anything received before 14:00 GMT should be completed the same business day. I track accuracy, and I am happy to share past examples so you know the standard I need.
