Cover letter

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to write a knockout cover letter to help me land an entry-level position. I have a few specific skills and qualifications in mind that I want highlighted in the cover letter, but I could also use some help identifying others. I also have a fairly specific format and structure in mind for the cover letter that the freelancer should adhere to.
