Bilingual Tech Interviewer Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hi, good morning!
I need an interviewer who can switch comfortably between Portuguese and English or Spanish or English so our clients from Latam region feel at ease during the call. You will be handling both technical and behavioral interviews focused on Web Development as well as AI & Data Engineering roles.
Here’s how the process works: once I lock in a slot with a candidate, I’ll send you their résumé and a short brief at least 24 hours beforehand. You review the material, shape a question set that probes both hard skills and soft skills, and then run the live video interview (up to 60 minutes).
Deliverables
• Attend every pre-scheduled interview on time (video or phone)
• Prepare a custom mix of technical and behavioral questions tailored to the role
• Submit a clear written assessment for each candidate within 12 hours
We pay $10 per completed interview, and I will schedule the interview as many as possible for you. Keep an eye on your inbox for new bookings so we never miss a slot. If you are fluent in Spanish or Portuguese languages with English, let’s start with a brief call and get you onboarded.
