AIA Payment Form Data Entry

I have several invoices ready to bill and need them transferred into the AIA Application for Payment template I’ll supply. Your job is straightforward:

• Copy the line-item figures from each invoice into the correct sections of the AIA form (G702/G703).
• Double-check every entry for completeness and accuracy, making sure dollar amounts, retainage, and change-order totals balance.
• Proofread the finished PDF/Excel sheet for spelling, punctuation, and consistent formatting so the paperwork is client-ready.

I’ll provide:
1. The original invoices (PDF).
2. My pre-formatted AIA template.
3. Simple step-by-step notes on how I want the totals shown.

You should be comfortable working in English, adept with data entry tools such as Excel or Acrobat, and able to follow written instructions without supervision. Accuracy is more important than speed—each form must be ready for immediate submission to the owner/GC.

Deliver the completed, error-free Application for Payment forms back to me in the same template format, along with a brief checklist of any issues you noticed and corrected.
