Ceramic Bathroom Floor Tiling Project
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
The bathroom you’ll be working on is about 50–100 sq ft, so it’s a comfortable mid-sized space with enough room for precise detailing but not a drawn-out build. I already have ceramic tiles picked out; there’s no demolition involved because the surfaces are new and ready for prep.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Surface prep and any light levelling or waterproofing that a standard bathroom requires
• Neat, square installation of the ceramic tiles across floor and walls (including corners and niche edges if present)
• Consistent grout lines, thorough grouting, and final sealing so the room is fully moisture-protected
• A clean hand-over: all debris removed and the space wiped down, ready for plumbers or painters to step in
Acceptance criteria
• Tiles aligned and flat—visible lippage under 1 mm
• Grout lines uniform and free of pinholes
• All edges caulked or sealed where tile meets fixtures, walls, or floor
• Work meets local code for wet areas
Let me know your timeline, the setting materials you prefer (thin-set, spacers, grout brand), and any questions you have about access or staging. Looking forward to a smooth, professional install.
