need to work on Power BI to automate

Step1: Downloaded file to be saved in a folder /replace it(Skill Pending).
Step2: Open a new excel file.
Step 3: Load from the downloaded File>> New Excel file>> Data>> Get Date>>From file>> from Excel workbook>> Load
Step 4: Filter Location(Except Netherlands I need all location but Netherlands line items should not be deleted on the worksheet, Filter Oracle Grade- exclude #NA, M5, M6- line items should not be deleted on the worksheet)
Step 5: Endorsement Status to be displayed for Skill wise as well as resource wise,

How the dashboard to be looked like
Need to show
Skill pending resources
Endorsement pending resource along with supervisors
Proficiency level pending resources
Primary skill pending resources
Last updated >1 Year resources
Dashboard should look similar to below:

Output: Dashboard should contain
Instead of HC count>> Skill pending resource email ID
Instead of Bench & Block resource >> Endorsement status resources along with supervisors email ID
Instead of Bench & Block skill wise>>Proficiency Level pending resources email ID
