we want to use emulator and virtual webcam to produce a live stream on tiktok from a pre-recorded video

you see the one one the bottom left that says scenes?
select the first scene, then if you look at the panel next to it it should say "sources"
click the "+" button at the bottom of that panel, see that list pop-up?
select media source
click ok
you should see a window pop-up, just click browse and select whatever file you want to stream
click ok
look at the right most corner, it has a few buttons, select "start virtual camera"
open whatever application you want to stream to and set the camera to "obs virtual camera"
we are looking to run multiple instances via emulator
each instance should have its own IP
