To mount a video so that it can be posted on YouTubeShorts and TikTok

I have a website with IT-related. I want to upload small videos in the corporate style of the site and show in these videos how to do certain things (programs, websites, etc.). I need about 70-100 videos per month. I will provide the raw video material and the text to it. You will only need to put it in a nice pile and that's it.
