TikTok Fashion Auction Setup

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help set up a TikTok auction for selling fashion items. The auction will feature live streaming. I have already setup most of it- but for some reason when I am live my customers see a really high shipping amount. I need to know how to fix the shipping.
