The following 5-step strategy for TikTik growth was given to me without explanation. My questions that I’d like help on are as sub-bullets of these 5 steps:

- Why 3 vs. one?
- Should I be paying to promote these posts or totally organic?
- If paying to promote
--What type is best (drive to link, general views, followers)?
--Should I let TikTok choose my audience for me or define it myself?
- Since I'm under 1k followers, should I pay for a service like Highsocial.com to allow me to put a link in bio?
- How to programmatically create content? Should I use something like Growth Assistant to handle this?
2. Find for a format that gets 25,000+ views

3. Get a massive list of art or tech influencers
- What service would I use to find this list?
4. Offer them $100-$200 to make a post of the format that did the best
