I need you to take full charge of day-to-day growth for six to eight virtual female influencers. The goal is simple: drive large volumes of genuine, engaged traffic—never bots—so each profile builds an authentic community that comments, shares, and converts.

What the work looks like
You will plan and post content, jump on viral trends, optimise captions and hashtags, handle DM engagement, and source collaborative cross-posts or shout-outs. Consistent testing of hooks, formats, and posting times is expected, along with smart use of platform-specific growth hacks that stay within each network’s terms.
Performance incentives
I set monthly growth projections for followers, reach, and engagement. When you hit or exceed them, a bonus is added on top of your regular monthly fee. If any suspicious follower spikes or low-quality accounts appear, I cancel the contract—quality over vanity metrics every time.
