Short-Form Video Upload Assistant

I have a library of short-form videos ready to go each week between 3-6 and I’d like a steady hand to take them from my drive to the feeds of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You should already feel at home on all three platforms.
Here’s what you’ll handle for each clip:
• Upload the video to the three platforms
• Let the platform auto-generate captions, then give them a quick proof-read and fix any errors
• Paste the description and hashtag set I provide, making sure everything displays correctly
• Schedule the post for the date and time I specify
• Drop the final links back into our shared folder and keep the raw files neatly organised

I’m flexible on how we exchange files—Google Drive, Dropbox, or a project board all work for me—so choose whichever method slots best into your workflow.

To help me pick the right person, please tell me:
1. Which tools or dashboards you rely on for multi-platform posting (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, native apps).
2. Your typical subtitle workflow when the auto-generated text needs tweaking.
3. How you keep large libraries of short clips logically organised so we never lose track of what’s live and what’s queued.
