Need someone with a TikTok contact

We are having issues with our tiktok account getting banned and reinstated due to a violation. They do not give much of an explanation and we are looking for someone who has a contact at TikTok to help us figure out what is happening and get past the issues. Please only respond if you have a contact at TikTok that you can work with.
