Unblock Permanently Blocked Ads.TikTok.Com Account

My TikTok advertising account has been permanently blocked. I don't know why and I didn't receive any information about the reasons in response to the appeal. The account was blocked within an hour from publishing the first add and after one ad display. I suppose the reason could have been:
1/ I'm a new user and the advertising agency helped me set up the account, maybe the system recognized that the login was from different IPs
2/ the ad doesn't violate anyone's copyrights but maybe the machine recognized that it did
I have already contacted TikTok support and they have confirmed that the account cannot be reinstated.
