WHAT WE NEED:
- Experienced in TikTok ads (Facebook ads could substitute)
- Experienced in Shopify - (making a brand look good)
- Experienced Virtual Assistant.
- Available for work hours of MST 9am-3pm with most of the work from 11am-3pm. Hours would vary depending on your value and experience.
- Sales and profit focused.
- Show up each day, no excuses.

HOW THINGS WILL WORK:
This is high performance dropshipping. Basically we need someone to work on our store, listing and testing new products, optimizing ads, etc. Also, building our brand is important so regular tweaks to our store to create trust with our customers.
You will be working directly with me and my assistant who's been with me about 4 years. We will work together setting up systems and methods to reach the goal of creating a top 10 product portfolio that will generate revenue of $10-30k / mo revenue each. Then, in order to maintain this, optimizing and testing new products consistently. A lot of testing and using analytics for generating excellent sales is necessary.
WHEN YOU APPLY:
- I'm a real dang person, don't act like a robot. Have some energy, have some fun when chatting with me. I can't handle boring.
- Don't be boring. Friggin relax.
- Spell correctly, don't use shorthand. (If you do it with me you'll do it with our customers and that's bad.)
- Be awesome, be fun.
- Be results driven. Sales focused. Use tools. Work smarter not harder. Eliminate waste. Cut to the chase. Just get it done without creating B.S.
SALARY:
$4-7 / hr. USD. When we start getting some results we’ll establish some sort of bonus structure based on profit performance.
