Looking for an EXPERT Tiktok Ads Mananger

We have a fantastic brand and range of products and see high levels of success from FB ads (x3-5 ROAS) we have tested a few tiktok ads in-house but never seen any great results to scale on. We are looking for someone who has the experience and ability to help us do this. We can start with 3 campaigns (so quote for this). If the ads are successful at generating sales with a ROAS of at least x2 we will continue working with you long-term.
