Long-Term Social Media Growth Manager for SMM Panel (Multilingual: RO/PL/FR)

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the full digital marketing funnel — from content creation to paid advertising — with a long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement growth marketing strategies focused on acquiring new users and resellers
Create and manage social media content (including short-form video, promotional posts, and ad creatives)
Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and possibly Google
Craft content and creatives tailored for Romanian, Polish, and French audiences
Monitor campaign KPIs and constantly iterate for better performance
Position TapTap.biz as a trusted platform for social media growth tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media/digital marketing — especially with viral or performance-oriented content
Strong skills in video editing for TikTok/Reels/short-form content
Understanding of SMM panels or digital engagement services is a big plus
Ability to produce or manage translations in Romanian, Polish, and French
Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Available for long-term collaboration, not just a short project
