bike driving game in city using (three.js)

I need to design 3d a bike driving game in city using (three.js).
It should support virtual reality

models:

1.bike and rider.
- one bike and rider
- animation
- moving left, right, forward, backward (by computer keyboard).

2. city.
- not animation
- A city that contains only buildings and roads

3. camera.
Putting the camera in the eye rider.
