I am seeking an experienced 3D Viewer developer conversant with ThreeJS for a project. Your task is to develop a 3D viewer with chat functionality, implementing specific features and addressing precise technical requirements.
Key Features:
1. Viewing 3D model and Assemblies
2. All the basic functions like Fit, Span, Spin, Zoom, Orbit etc
3. Measurement Tool
4. Red lines Mark-up Tools
5. Basic Sketch tools (Arrow, Circle, Rectangle, Square etc)
6. Text box to add comments
7. Take cross sections (from basic three planes)
8. Functionality to save and share comments (May be share via chatbox)
9. Chatbox for discussion and exchange the markup screenshot
Technical Requirements:
- Web-based only
- Mobile-friendly
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Cloud based platform
- Multi user platform
Workflow:
1. User can easily upload the files to Owner for the review
2. Owner review the 3D files online (WITOUT Downloading it)
3. Owner do necessary markup and share via chatbox
