Three.js integration for some basic low poly character interactions

I am looking for a developer who can integrate Three.js with existing javascript functionality I have built on React.js.
You NEED to have three.js or Spline experience.
I have some existing functionality on my app but want to make it interactive using three.js style character interactions and movements.
What I am looking for is a low poly (can buy character assets) version where the same interactions (overall 4 interactions) are triggered by events.
The events are:
- When you move your character close to another one
- When you click a button
- Response from API
- Intermediate waiting state
