Three.Js Developer(Javascript,html,css,React)

Dear Developer
We’re looking for a talented developer that has a lot of experience using Three.js and the Art side of development in general. We have a blender file that has all of our models/textured/some animations..etc So we have everything for you needed to make our Three.js site. What we need from you is the following concepts:
VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THESE CONCEPTS VERY WELL::
Lazy Rendering
Optimization of Poly/Triangle count(during render/display)
Animate objects/Texture them using our .blend file, you will need to figure out how to export the .blend file and move all models/things to three.js environment
We need the Camera Angles nicely done
Here is a sample site of what we’re looking for(remember we provide all models/assets):

We will have 8-10 maps that should be rendered like that sample website. More will be discussed once you apply and show us that you’re qualified for the job description.
Our budget(initial) is $2,500 However after a talk and confirmation we will adjust to finalize the project.
