About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in building immersive and interactive 3D web experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies and frameworks, with a strong understanding of 3D rendering, animations, and performance optimization for web platforms.
The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, creative teams, and backend developers to build visually engaging and high-performance web applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop highly interactive and visually rich 3D web applications and websites
• Build scalable frontend architectures using Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• Create immersive 3D experiences using WebGL and Three.js
• Develop performant websites using Astro framework and Vanilla JavaScript
• Implement animations, transitions, and real-time interactions
• Optimize rendering performance, loading speed, and responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into production-ready experiences
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation
• Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, and backend services where required
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning

Required Technical Skills
3D & Graphics Development
• Hands-on experience with:
o WebGL
o Three.js
• Strong understanding of:
o 3D rendering pipelines
o Lighting, shaders, textures, and materials
o Camera systems and scene management
o Animation systems and interactions
Web Development
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• Responsive and adaptive design implementation
• REST APIs and asynchronous programming
• Git/version control systems
Performance Optimization
• Experience in optimizing:
o WebGL rendering
o Asset loading
o Lazy loading
o FPS and memory usage

• GLSL shader programming
• Experience with React Three Fiber
• Knowledge of Blender or 3D asset pipelines
• Familiarity with Babylon.js
