We're building a high-end, immersive marketing website and are looking for a freelance developer (or small studio) with serious experience in 3D web.

Reference style: terminal-industries.com (built by Rejoice) — cinematic scroll-driven 3D, smooth GSAP orchestration, WebGL shaders, integrated video + model animation.

What we need —
• Three.js / React Three Fiber (R3F)
• GSAP scroll animations (ScrollTrigger)
• WebGL / GLSL shaders
• 3D model integration (Blender → glTF/Draco pipeline)
• Strong eye for motion design and performance
