Oil Heat Transfer CFD in ANSYS

Job ID: 40177332

Budget: $10 – $20 USD

I need a full fluid-dynamics simulation in ANSYS focused on heat-transfer behaviour when oil flows through a predefined geometry. My main goal is to understand how temperature distributes and evolves under the specified operating conditions so I can optimise cooling performance and material selection later on.

You’ll receive the 3-D model, boundary conditions, and property data for the oil. I expect you to build the mesh, set up the energy model, run steady- and, if necessary, transient cases, then deliver a concise engineering report that covers temperature fields, heat-flux maps, and any critical hotspots you discover. Screenshots of key results and the .wbpz or .cas/.dat files should accompany the report so I can reproduce your work easily.

If you have experience with ANSYS Fluent or CFX for oil-based heat-transfer studies and can clearly justify mesh independence and convergence, I’d like to hear your approach and estimated turnaround time.
