IES Model & TM59 Pass
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a fully-resolved IES VE model for a small UK development of six single-family homes. The scope covers the full suite of thermal calculations—heating, cooling, and ventilation loads—plus an overheating analysis that must achieve a pass against CIBSE TM59 so we can satisfy planning.
I will supply drawings, site data, occupancy profiles, and any other supporting information once we agree terms. Our brief follows client-specific performance criteria, but it must dovetail with current UK planning expectations, so accuracy and accreditation are essential.
Deliverables
• Complete IES VE model files and reports for heating, cooling, and ventilation load calculations.
• TM59 overheating assessment demonstrating a clear pass, with narrative explaining any mitigation measures applied.
• Brief summary note outlining assumptions, input data, and compliance statements suitable for submission to the planning officer.
